Ingredients
- 2 cups almond flour
- 1/4 cup ground flaxseed
- 2 teaspoons baking powder
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 5 large eggs, room temperature, lightly beaten
- 1/2 cup warm water
- 1/3 cup butter, melted
Directions
- Preheat oven to 350°F. Line an 8x4-in. loaf pan with parchment.
- In a large bowl, whisk together flour, flaxseed, baking powder and salt. In another bowl, whisk eggs, water and butter. Stir into dry ingredients.
- Transfer to prepared pan. Bake until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean, 45-50 minutes. Cool in pans for 5 minutes; remove to a wire rack to cool.
