Instant Pot Meatballs

Easy to make and packed with flavor, these Instant Pot meatballs will always be welcome on the table.

Ingredients

  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 1 pound ground pork
  • 2/3 cup panko bread crumbs
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 large egg, lightly beaten
  • 1/4 cup finely chopped onion
  • 2 garlic cloves, minced
  • 1-1/2 teaspoons Italian seasoning
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon pepper
  • 1 jar (24 ounces) marinara sauce

Directions

  1. In a large bowl, thoroughly combine first 10 ingredients. Shape into 1-1/2-in. meatballs; place in 6-qt. electric pressure cooker. Add marinara; gently stir to combine.
  2. Lock lid; close pressure-release valve. Select manual setting; pressure-cook on high for 10 minutes. Quick-release pressure, serve immediately.
