Who needs store-bought salad dressing when it’s this easy to make Greek salad dressing? This bright, flavorful dressing tastes great on salads, grilled vegetables, grain bowls and more.

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup olive oil
  • 1/4 cup red wine vinegar
  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice
  • 2 garlic cloves, minced
  • 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoon dried oregano

Directions

  1. In a jar with a tight-fitting lid, combine all ingredients; shake well.
