This five-ingredient fruit smoothie with milk has peaches and strawberries blended into the drink to make it creamy and sweet, and it comes together in the morning in less than 10 minutes.
Ingredients
- 2 cups 2% milk
- 1 cup frozen unsweetened sliced peaches
- 1 cup frozen unsweetened strawberries
- 1/4 cup orange juice
- 2 tablespoons honey
Directions
- In a blender, combine all ingredients. Cover and process until smooth. Pour into chilled glasses; serve immediately.
