Ingredients

  • 1 cup crushed ice cubes
  • 1-1/2 ounces vodka
  • 1 ounce Kahlua (coffee liqueur)
  • 1 ounce brewed cooled espresso or cold brew coffee
  • 1/4 ounce simple syrup
  • Coffee beans, optional

Directions

  1. Place the first 5 ingredients in a blender; process until slushy. Pour into martini glass. If desired, garnish with coffee beans. Serve immediately.
