Creamy and tangy with a touch of heat, this fish taco sauce brings fish tacos to another level. But don't stop there! It does double duty as a dipping sauce for steak, chicken or shellfish.
Ingredients
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 3 tablespoons sour cream
- 2 tablespoons lime juice
- 2 teaspoons grated lime zest
- 2 garlic cloves, minced
- 1 teaspoon hot pepper sauce or Sriracha chili sauce
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
Directions
- In a small bowl, whisk together all ingredients until combined. Cover; chill until ready to serve.
