This English muffin pizza recipe is a fun and easy way to make personal pizzas using store-bought English muffins. With crispy edges, melty cheese and zippy pepperoni slices, these pizzas are perfect as a quick lunch or after-school snack.
Ingredients
- 4 English muffins, split and toasted
- 1/2 cup pizza sauce
- 16 slices pepperoni
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/4 teaspoon dried oregano, optional
Directions
- Preheat oven to 375°. Place split English muffins on a foil-lined baking sheet. Spread with pizza sauce. Top with pepperoni slices and shredded mozzarella cheese. Sprinkle with oregano, if desired. Bake 9-12 minutes or until edges of English muffins are toasted and cheese is melted and bubbly.
