There's no need to prepare after-dinner sweets at your next dinner party. This Brandy Alexander recipe combines brandy, chocolate liqueur and heavy cream for an indulgent, luxurious cocktail that doubles as an adult dessert!
Ingredients
- Ice cubes
- 2 ounces brandy
- 1 ounce dark crème de cacao
- 1 ounce heavy whipping cream
- Freshly grated nutmeg
- Pirouette cookie, optional
Directions
- Fill a shaker half full with ice. Add brandy, crème de cacao and heavy whipping cream. Cover and shake until condensation forms on outside of shaker, 10-15 seconds. Strain into chilled coupe or cocktail glass. Garnish with freshly grated nutmeg and if desired, a pirouette cookie.
