Crispy on the outside, gooey on the inside, these four-ingredient air-fryer quesadillas come together in minutes, making them great as a weeknight meal or for hot appetizers during a party.
Ingredients
- 1-1/2 cups shredded Mexican cheese blend
- 1/2 cup salsa
- 4 flour tortillas (8 inches), warmed
- Cooking spray
Directions
- Preheat air fryer to 375°. Combine cheese and salsa; spread over half of each tortilla. Fold tortilla over. In batches, place tortillas in a single layer on a greased tray in air-fryer basket; spritz with cooking spray. Cook until golden brown and cheese has melted, 5-7 minutes. Cut into wedges.
